Discussion Question: Does a school's budget determine how technology is used within the classroom? ( Information for thought: Texas Long Rang Plan is set up where every child in Texas will know technology by the 8th grade. The districts have given monies for this purpose.) Should smaller school get the same amount of money as the larger schools?
